The following apply to all loan products:

Tax and Insurance escrows required for all loans.
Conforming Loans are up to $417,000.00 - Jumbo Loans are $417,000.01 to $900,000.00.
New Super-Conforming Loans CALL for limits. Super Jumbo Loans to 10 Million. Call.
All quoted rates are based on 30% down* and a minimum loan amount of $300,000.
*Loans over $800,000 MAY require lower loan to values than 70%.

ADD-ONS: These are points/fees only, the rate will remain the same.
Fees will apply to:

1) Second homes and Condo's (various states) on some programs
2) all types of Re-fi's require additional fees and higher rates.
3) 2 to 4 units and investment properties
4)Loans greater than $900,000 or less than $300,000
