moved from Germany to the USA in 1986, first to Texas, then to Naples in 1989.
I became involved in the mortgage industry out of frustration - when
I needed a loan for my own home, people were not explaining things correctly and
even tried to sell me a loan that was absolutely not a good fit for my situation.
So, I entered the mortgage lending arena and promised myself to treat my
clients with respect - doing everything possible to give them the best loan for
their situation. It has became a passion of mine and I never seem to tire of living
up to that promise - just ask my staff members. I am proud that I have the most
up-to-date lending knowledge in a fast changing industry and I am not afraid to
pass that knowledge on to my clients.
I am able to offer many different
programs for international buyers, ranging from full doc to no doc and up to 80%
loan-to-value. I review my clients' needs and present the options to them which
I will thoroughly explain.This helps them make an educated decision on a loan
that fits their needs. Of course I provide financing for our U.S. citizens as
well and I am constantly searching for niche products to fit the most unusual
situations.

renomierten Finanzdienstleister in South West Florida. Neben amerikanischen Hypothekennehmern
arbeite ich sehr weitlaeufig mit europaischen Kunden und aufgrund meiner Muttersprache,
natuerlich sind die meisten meiner Kunden deutschsprachig. Ich geniesse es insbesondere
meinen deutschsprachigen Kunden zu helfen, da ich aus eigener Erfahrung weiss
wie es ist, am Anfang in einem fremden Land mit einer fremden Sprache zurecht
